Refund policy

• Returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• There will be a 25% restocking fee on returns.
• The restocking fee will be waived if the client chooses to apply the credit for future purchasing.
• All Returns will be done at the client’s cost. No free shipping labels will be offered
• Opened containers are not refundable.
• All custom orders must be paid for at the time of ordering. 
• Customized compounds are not refundable at all.
• Pickup orders will be held 10 days before restocking.
